Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Guest

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are returned via the same payment method used (Zelle or Venmo) within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of circumstances including no-shows or personal changes in plans.

Guests cancelling within the 7-day window may request a reschedule subject to availability by emailing booking@summazescape.com before the original visit date. Rescheduled bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the day of their booking without prior notice will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations by Summaz Escape

If we cancel your booking due to weather, unsafe sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive either a full reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund. We will contact you as soon as possible if this applies.

How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted by email to booking@summazescape.com with your booking reference number and name. Requests made through social media or WhatsApp will not be processed.
