booking.summazescape.com is operated by Summaz Escape, a beach excursion and water activity service based at Arawak Cay, Nassau, Bahamas.
A booking is confirmed once a confirmation email containing a reference number has been sent to you. Payments are completed via Zelle, Venmo, or on-site by card when you arrive — instructions are included in your confirmation email.
Guest counts are locked at the time of booking. Changes to group size are subject to availability and must be requested by email before your visit date.
All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. The price confirmed at the time your booking is completed is the price you pay, even if pricing changes after that point. Prices may change without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring all members of your group are physically fit and able to participate in the activities booked. Guests participate at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our crew.
Children must be accompanied by a consenting adult at all times. Our staff reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
Summaz Escape reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unsafe weather conditions, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will receive a full reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund. No additional compensation applies.
All participants must follow instructions given by staff at all times. Guests who behave unsafely, disruptively, or disrespectfully toward staff or other guests may be removed from the experience without a refund.
Guests participate in all water activities at their own risk. Summaz Escape is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage sustained during activities except where directly caused by our negligence. Personal belongings brought to the site are not our responsibility.
Life jackets and safety briefings are provided for all guests before water activities begin.
All content, branding, and imagery associated with Summaz Escape are our property. Reproduction or commercial use without written authorisation is not permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
